Refund policy
If you received the delivered item(s) exactly as per provided order details, you can return it for a refund within 30 days.
In this case, the customer has to bear the return shipping cost.
However, at the time of refund there will be a restocking fee deduction mentioned as follow:
1 - All Shipping charges will be deducted from refunds unless there was an error in the order which was caused by us.
2 - A 50% restocking fee is applied if the product is slightly used, tags are removed, or cannot be used for reselling.
If you receive an order with any defect or wrong item or wrong size, we will replace the order in full along with any shipping fees incurred by you.
You should expect to receive your refund within 72 hours after the package is delivered back to us by the carrier. Your refund will be processed after examining the item(s). Express or Regular Shipping paid by the customer will not be refunded.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you received the delivered item(s) exactly as per provided order details, you can exchange it for another size/color/item within 30 days (based upon availability of desired size/color/item in stocks). All Shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless there was an error in the order which was caused by us.
*There will be no restocking fee deduction for the exchange of an item(s).
If you received the wrong/damaged item(s), you will be provided free of cost return shipping label on your email upon request. Once the wrong/damaged item(s) is received at our facility the replacement will be sent back to you (as per our shipping policies).
RETURN POLICY
1- No Refund/Exchange on sales items.
You may return the new and unused item(s) with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items marked as sales will not be accepted for return processing. Shipping/handling and Order Protection charges are non-refundable
Note:
If your item is lost or stolen, we will file a claim on your behalf. Once the claim is approved, we will promptly ship a replacement to you. Please note that the claims process may take up to 10–12 business days for approval. Additionally, replacements are non-returnable.
If you need to return an item(s), please Contact Us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item(s) from your order.
Please be advised that the order will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange unless the request is approved.
